Gumdo means The way of the Sword. It is a Korean method of swordsmanship.

Gumdo is a modern system compiled from ancient traditional sword techniques. The movements are primarily circular and derive their power from centrifugal force (ki) of the body.

Training develops strength, coordination, balance, focus, stamina, speed and flexibility.

Students will learn Gumdo  forms, free flowing circular movement techniques,  self defence and discipline.
