Ki Gong means to breathe with movements. Ki Gong is slowly moving physical exercise incorporated with breathing.
In eastern medical theories Ki is more important than blood. Ki leads the blood to flow. If one is lacking ki in the body, the body will be weak. Ki gong exercise will help ki to flow by breathing, strengthening the body and in some cases preventing and curing disease. To flow the ki, one must regulate their breathing while relaxing the mind and body.
